Z Bus Terms & Conditions – Everything You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

These terms and conditions apply to all matters related to the use of the Z Bus platform (zbus.pro). By registering or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

Z Bus reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall prevail for members based in Bangladesh.

The following conditions must be met to open an account on Z Bus:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. z bus does not approve accounts for minors under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.
• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Z Bus accounts cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure.

As part of the verification process, Z Bus may request a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport. These documents are used solely to confirm your identity and are stored with complete confidentiality.

The following rules apply to all deposits on Z Bus:

• Minimum deposit: Each deposit must be a minimum of BDT 100.
• Maximum Deposit: The daily maximum deposit limit is determined by your account level.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking methods.
• Third party: Depositing using another person's account or payment method is prohibited.
• Processing time: Deposits are instant in most cases, though some may take up to 30 minutes to process.

Z Bus does not charge any additional transaction fees. However, any charges imposed by your payment provider are the member's own responsibility.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from Z Bus:

• Minimum withdrawal: Each withdrawal must be a minimum of BDT 500.
• Account Verification: Account verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Same Method: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Processing: Usually processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours. VIP members receive priority processing.
• Bonus balance: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

Z Bus reserves the right to temporarily hold suspicious withdrawal requests for review. Additional documentation may be requested in such cases.

Z Bus offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer carries its own specific terms, but the general rules are outlined below:

• Hacking or Manipulation: Any form of interference with the platform's software or games.
• Using Another Person's Account: Accessing or using another person's account.
• False Information: Providing false information during identity verification or any document submission.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, Z Bus may close the account and forfeit the associated balance without prior notice. Legal action may also be taken in serious cases.
